Sodium Nitrate
Sodium nitrate is soluble in water and contains sodium ions showing yellow flames. It can absorb moisture in the air and becomes sodium nitrite((NaNO₃) when heated at about 380℃, and degraded into oxides when heated at over 800℃ to be used
