Magnesium chloride (solid, liquid, MgCl2)
In addition to anhydrides, there exist 2,4,6,8,10,12 hydrates, but it usually exists as hexahydrate (Mgcl2 6H2O). We produce liquid magnesium chloride , and also sell the imported the solid with 46% or higher.
Physicochemical properties
- - Appearance : colorless transparent liquid, colorless, pale yellow crystalline powder (frake, granule)
- - Odor : Odorless
- - Solubility: soluble (soluble in water and alcohol)
In case of hexahydrate, it is easily soluble in water and alcohol (52.8g for 100g of water at 0 ℃). - - Boiling Point, Boiling Point Range: 712℃
- - Melting Point, Melting Point Range : 1,412℃
- - Specific Gravity : 2.325 (25℃) / Hexahydrate : 1.56
Usage
- - Making tofu, wood preservative, wool refining, sulfuric acid production, dehumidifying agent, snow removal, dust suppression, PVC stabilizer.
